Steven F. O'Neill
Chief Executive Officer

Steve O'Neill, founder of CitationShares and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the company. Prior to CitationShares, Mr. O'Neill founded National Health Care Resources, Inc., a medical cost containment company. Mr. O'Neill also worked in various institutional sales and corporate finance roles for Salomon Brothers and Greenwich Capital Markets. He is a graduate of New York University.

William Schultz
Chief Operating Officer

Bill Schultz serves as Chief Operating Officer for CitationShares. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Sales Manager for Raytheon Aircraft Company, a Zone Sales Manager for Cessna Aircraft Company and a Branch Manager for Cessna Finance Company. Mr. Schultz graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

J. Matthew Singleton
Chief Financial Officer

Matt Singleton, CitationShares' Chief Financial Officer, previously served as Managing Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for CIBC World Markets, a business unit of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Prior to CIBC, Mr. Singleton spent 20 years in various roles at Arthur Andersen & Co., including Partner-In-Charge for the Metro New York Audit and Business Advisory Practice. He received an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from New York University.

Phil Marraccini
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Phil Marraccini has been with CitationShares since April 1999. He has over 21 years of legal experience in the corporate and financial areas, including the Wall Street firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and positions as Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel for major New York City financial institutions. Mr. Marraccini served on the Westchester County Airport Advisory Board for 17 years, most recently as its Vice Chair, and also served as Mayor of Harrison, New York for four years. Mr. Marraccini has a JD Degree from Fordham University and a MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Jean Kelly
Senior Vice President, Product Delivery

Jean Kelly joined CitationShares in 2002 as Vice President of Customer Service bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the call center arena. She has had responsibility for large, multi-locations centers, developing the sales and service strategy through eCRM solutions. Ms. Kelly previously held executive positions with MCI and The Hartford and has been a lecturer at call center conferences around the world, addressing issues surrounding workforce development. As Senior Vice President of Product Delivery, Ms. Kelly oversees Flight Management, Customer Service and the Command Center. Ms. Kelly graduated from George Mason University.

William Hall
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Bill brings to CitationShares a unique combination of experience in the world of technology and fractional ownership. Bill came to CitationShares from Analytics Operations Engineering, a Boston-based Operations Research consulting firm. As a Principal of Analytics, Bill led a number of projects in the aviation, high-technology and publishing industries.

Prior to working at Analytics, Bill served as Senior Member of the Technical Staff of Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Chief Technology Officer of start-up MotionCommerce, and Lecturer in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Bill holds a PhD in Operations Research, a Masters Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics and a Bachelors Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

John D. Witzig
Senior Vice President, Flight Operations

John has been with CitationShares since 2001. He has served as Captain, Standards Captain, Assistant Chief Pilot, Chief Pilot and is currently the Director of Operations for CitationShares Air Carrier Certificate.

Previous experience includes six years as Director of Aviation and Chief Pilot for a corporate and Part 135 operator.

Mr. Witzig is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Guiding the growth and progress of CitationShares are five board members: three from Cessna Aircraft Company, one from TAG Aviation, and one true American pioneer -- Neil Armstrong. They work closely with the CitationShares executive team to closely monitor and refine our service.

Neil A. Armstrong
Director, RTI International Metals, Inc

Neil A. Armstrong gained the distinction of being the first man to land on the moon as spacecraft commander for Apollo 11. He received a B.S. degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University and an M.S. degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California. For 17 years, he served with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and its predecessor agency as engineer, test pilot, astronaut and administrator. From 1971 to 1979 he was professor of aerospace engineering at the University of Cincinnati. He became Chairman of AIL Systems in 1989 and Chairman of EDO Corporation in 2000. He is currently a Director at RTI International Metals, Inc.

Russell W. Meyer, Jr.
Chairman Emeritus, Cessna Aircraft Company

Russell W. Meyer, Jr. joined Cessna Aircraft Company as Executive Vice President in June of 1974. He was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer one year later. Mr. Meyer, a native of Davenport, Iowa, was President and Chief Executive Officer of Grumman American Aviation Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio, from 1966-1974. From 1961-1966, he was an attorney with the firm of Arter & Hadden in Cleveland. Mr. Meyer graduated from Yale University with a B.A. degree in 1954 and earned his Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School in 1961. He served with the Marine Corps Reserve from 1958-1961. A commercial, instrument-rated pilot with more than 15,000 hours of flight time, he is type–rated in all models of the Cessna Citation business jet and regularly flies as a pilot–in–command. In 1995, he received aviation’s most prestigious individual honor, the Wright Brothers Memorial Trophy, awarded annually on the anniversary of the Wright Brothers' first powered flight by the (NAA).

Jack J. Pelton
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Cessna Aircraft Company

Jack J. Pelton serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cessna Aircraft Company. Mr. Pelton joined Cessna in November 2000 as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering and was named CEO in December 2003. Prior to joining Cessna, Mr. Pelton served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Programs at Fairchild Dornier in Germany. He also held positions of increasing responsibility during his 20 years at Boeing, formerly Douglas Aircraft. Mr. Pelton is Citation-rated with an instrument, commercial and multi-engine license.

Michael J. Shonka
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Cessna Aircraft Company

Mike Shonka joined Cessna Aircraft as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1996. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in July, 1999. Previously, Mr. Shonka was the Chief Financial Officer for Fourth Financial Corporation, a regional bank holding company (now part of Bank of America). He has also served as the Controller for a large bank holding company in Oklahoma (now Banc One). Prior to his twenty years in banking, he worked with the Ernst & Young accounting firm in Kansas City, Missouri for five years. Mr. Shonka received his B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado and his M.S. from the University of Kansas.

Roger McMullin
Chief Executive Officer, TAG Aviation Holding, SA

Roger McMullin serves as Chief Executive Officer of TAG Aviation Holdings, overseeing the company's Swiss, United States and United Kingdom operations. Following a military career as a Marine pilot, Mr. McMullin went to work for an executive jet manufacturer. With two partners, he established the aircraft management and consulting company Aviation Methods, a company that grew to operate a total of 55 aircraft with 300 staff across 15 locations throughout the United States. In 1999, Aviation Methods was acquired by TAG, and Mr. McMullin assumed his current position at TAG Aviation Holdings.
